Delete your Neo Calendar account
Use this page to request deletion of your Neo Calendar account and synced account data from Easy Edit.
How to request deletion
For immediate account deletion: Open the Neo Calendar app, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account.
Send an email from the same email address you used to sign in to Neo Calendar. Include the subject line "Delete my Neo Calendar account".
Requesting account deletion by email may take up to 30 days to review and delete the account.
Data that will be deleted
- Your Neo Calendar account record, where applicable.
- Synced calendar events stored for your account.
- Messaging tokens linked to your account.
Data that may remain
Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, operational logs, or backup recovery windows. Local data stored only on your device can be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from your device settings.
Processing time
We will review and process account deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deleting synced data.

Note: Deleting your account is permanent for synced account data. Export or save anything you need before requesting deletion.
