Neo Calendar is developed by Easy Edit. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information when you use Neo Calendar.

2. Local-first calendar data

User-created calendar events are stored locally on your device by default. Events are sent to the server only when you choose to sign in and enable sync.

3. Information we may collect

• Account information when you sign in, such as your name, email address, and profile photo from Firebase Authentication.
• Calendar event data only when you choose to sync.
• App diagnostics such as crash logs and performance data through Firebase Crashlytics.
• Usage analytics such as button taps, feature usage, and app journey events through Firebase Analytics or similar tools.
• Device and app version information used for update checks and app reliability.

4. Sync

If you are not signed in, your events remain on your device. If you sign in and choose to sync, your selected calendar data may be uploaded to our cloud database so it can be restored or used across devices.

5. Authentication

Neo Calendar may support Google sign-in and Apple sign-in through Firebase Authentication. Authentication providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

6. Analytics and crash reporting

We may use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and similar tools to understand app usage, diagnose crashes, and improve reliability. These tools may collect device identifiers, crash details, app version, device model, operating system version, and usage events.

7. Ads

Neo Calendar may show ads only when a network connection is available. Ad partners may collect data to provide, measure, and improve ads. Update this section with your exact ad provider before launch.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal calendar data. Data may be processed by trusted service providers that help us run authentication, sync, analytics, crash reporting, updates, and ads.

9. Data deletion

You may request deletion of synced account data through the Neo Calendar account deletion page or by contacting us.

10. Children

Neo Calendar is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
